We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and dependable Transaction Processor to join our Balancing Department. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional data entry skills, strong attention to detail, and a background in financial balancing processes. This is an onsite position requiring analytical abilities and adherence to established procedures.
WORKSITE: 315 W. Edgerton Avenue, Milwaukee WI
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Saturday: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM 30-40 hours per week one day off during the week Must be available for overtime if needed
PAY RATE: $18.00 per hour
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Perform 10-key data entry, balancing, and verification tasks with accuracy.
- Receives documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing.
- Sorts, images, documents, files, and archives by form type.
- Identifies documents and their purpose; creating a database of information.
- Classifies documents based on contract requirements.
- Captures information based on client requirements.
- Handle financial instruments, ensuring all transactions are balanced and reconciled properly.
- Organize and coordinate data to support business processes.
- Follow established procedures to complete tasks effectively and on time.
- Provide quality service and information to internal and external teams.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while adhering to company standards.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
- Ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute.
- 10-key typing proficiency minimum 10,000 keystrokes per hour.
- Balancing experience and familiarity with handling financial instruments.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
