This is a fully remote opportunity to leverage your data analysis and problem-solving skills to help evaluate healthcare program performance and support client decision-making. WORK SCHEDULE:

Monday – Friday | Standard business hours (EST/PST flexibility may be required)

PAY RATE:

$42.00 Per hour

CONTRACT TERM:

January 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027 (with potential extension through June 30, 2027)

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Use basic analytic methods and knowledge of health benefits to analyze client experience and trends.

  • Evaluate the success of health-related program investments.

  • Confidently respond to client questions and present actionable recommendations.

  • Advise clients on analytic methods and ad hoc reporting.

  • Actively participate in the development of analytic deliverables, monthly database testing, and peer review.

  • Support the team with process improvement initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Minimum 1 year in the healthcare industry and 1 year of quantitative analysis experience.

  • Ability to operate effectively as an individual contributor with minimal managerial guidance.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.

  • Familiarity with data analysis and BI tools (e.g., Excel, Python, R, Tableau).

  • Basic understanding of healthcare data and terminology (claims data, ICD-10, CPT codes) is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • 2–3 years in the healthcare industry and 2–3 years of quantitative analysis.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, Statistics, Business Management, or a related discipline.
