Join our team as a Data Analytics SME supporting behavioral health initiatives for military and veteran populations. You'll leverage your skills in SQL, Tableau, and healthcare data systems to drive data-informed decisions that improve care delivery and program performance.
This position is part of a proposal response and is contingent upon contract award, anticipated in October 2025.
WORKSITE: Remote (Monthly on-site meetings at DHA HQ, Falls Church, VA, as needed)
WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time, flexible business hours
PAY RATE: $40.00 - $44.00

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Analyze and present mental health and program performance data
• Manage and maintain healthcare databases and reporting systems
• Use statistical software to develop visualizations and insights (SQL, Tableau, Excel)
• Work with cross-functional teams to support evidence-based decisions
• Attend periodic in-person meetings and conferences as required
• Ensure compliance with privacy and security protocols
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Healthcare Data, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in mental health data analytics (Required)
• 1+ year of experience in database management and data analysis (post-degree)
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Excel, SPSS or similar tools (Required)
• Ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences
• Must pass Tier 1 background investigation (SF-85)
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (citizenship not required)
