Description

The Production Floor Workflow Coordinator is responsible for distributing work on the production floor in a deadline order to ensure efficient processing and scanning. You will be in constant movement throughout the department to monitor and adjust workflows as needed. As the Workflow Coordinator you will be responsible for managing system monitors to track the progress of work and ensure that all tasks are on schedule. If issues arise, you will escalate concerns to management for resolution.

WORKSITE: 801 Royal Parkway, Nashville, TN

HOURS: 8:00 AM to completion End time varies based on daily production volume.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Distribute and prioritize work across the production floor according to deadlines.
  • Monitor status monitors within systems to ensure workflow efficiency.
  • Escalate any system or workflow issues to management promptly.
  • Pull various reports throughout the day to track productivity and identify bottlenecks.
  • Complete end-of-day reporting and tasks to close out daily operations.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple workflows.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with various departments.
  • Ability to escalate issues and troubleshoot basic system concerns.
  • Experience with pulling reports and using basic reporting tools.
  • Must be comfortable with physical movement and standing throughout the shift.
  • Experience in a production or warehouse environment.
  • Familiarity with workflow management systems.
