We are seeking a skilled Data Coordination Specialist to join our team. This position is suited for a detail-oriented professional with a solid understanding of data coordination practices, data organization, processing, and coordination. Candidates will have experience in data processing, effective communication skills, and the ability to problem-solve within established guidelines. This position operates with moderate supervision and contributes directly to the success of our team through quality information management and process support.
WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday-Friday
WORK LOCATION: 754 River Rock, Helena, MT 59602
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Capture, validate, and input complex data accurately, utilizing various systems and procedures to ensure data integrity.
- Conduct in-depth searches and examination of issues, following up on outstanding documentation to resolve discrepancies and ensure information accuracy.
- Pre-adjudicate documents and correct errors, preparing data for further processing or next steps, based on established standards.
- Return electronic data forms to customers to request additional or clarifying information when needed, ensuring smooth and accurate data processing.
- Complete assignments using multiple documents to verify data accuracy, providing reliable information to support team objectives.
- Follow all organizational policies and standards in daily work, ensuring data security and adherence to protocols.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned to support business operations and meet team goals.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Analytical and Organizational Skills: Strong ability to organize, validate, and coordinate data while identifying and addressing discrepancies.
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to accuracy in data entry and document processing.
- Problem-Solving: Proficiency in identifying and selecting solutions based on established operating procedures without requiring supervisory approval.
- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively exchange information and ideas within the team and with clients or other stakeholders.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with data processing systems and the ability to learn new software tools quickly.
- Self-Management: Manages workload independently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience in Data Processing or Coordination: Prior experience in a data-focused role, with a proven track record of working within established procedures.
- Education/Training: Vocational training or certifications in data management, business support, or a related field may be required.
