Description

The Administrative Support Specialist is responsible for supporting various business operations and ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards. This position involves administrative tasks related to front-end management, image and data capture, document/transaction content management, and supporting internal process improvement efforts. The role also includes distributing incoming mail, providing backup support to team members, and performing additional duties as assigned.

WORKSITE: 754 River Rock, Helena, MT

WORK HOURS: Business Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Perform administrative tasks to support front-end operations while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
  • Provide assistance in business operations related to data and image capture, document management, and transaction processing.
  • Gather and analyze information on internal processes to contribute to process improvements.
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail and materials efficiently.
  • Offer backup support to other team members as needed to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Execute all other assigned duties and responsibilities.

  • Ability to pass a driving record screening upon conversion to a permanent role.
