We are seeking a talented individual to join our team in supporting the HIPP/Premium Assistance program. This role involves proactive outreach (both outbound/inbound calls) to current members to collect the required documentation for annual case reviews. The ideal candidate will manage documentation verification, coordinate with members and employers, and deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring accurate data entry and timely processing. 1-year contract
Worksite: On Site
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Compensation: $17.00 Per Hour

What You'll Do
Review incoming documentation to confirm receipt
Conduct high-volume outreach to current HIPP/Premium Assistance members to request missing documentation
Accurately enter call details and member interactions in a timely manner
Perform other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound/inbound phone-based roles
Preferred experience in healthcare or government-sponsored health insurance
Call center experience and familiarity with healthcare terminology preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet navigation
Ability to analyze information, resolve issues, and meet deadlines under pressure
Knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security rules
Professional demeanor, adaptability, and attention to detail
Team-oriented mindset and ability to handle conflict constructively
