Join Fortuna's team as a full-time Bilingual Spanish Medicare/Medicaid call center agent working remotely from the comfort of your home. We are searching for seasoned high-volume call center professionals with at least six months of experience in call center operations. Candidates must be located within a 50-mile radius of Sacramento, California. Proficiency in Office 365, handling a fast-paced, high volume of calls, and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role. We'll provide the necessary home office technology equipment and comprehensive paid training to ensure your success in this role.
This position starts on June 10, 2025, and will have a 4-week paid training program. You must drive to the facility in Roseville to pick up your office equipment.
WORKSITE: Remote- must reside within a 50-mile radius of Roseville, CA
WORK HOURS: Monday-Friday
COMPENSATION: $18.50 per hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Work remotely, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Complete a 4-week remote training program with no absences.
- Handle incoming calls and address customer or provider inquiries or escalate them to the appropriate channels.
- Process calls efficiently to meet or surpass performance metrics.
- Maintain meticulous call records, process requests, and ensure accurate documentation of account history.
- Collaborate with team members, management, and customers to resolve customer service issues effectively.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Minimum one (6) months of prior experience in inbound customer service, either in government or private sector settings.
- Ability to speak and read Spanish fluently.
- Typing skill level of 30 WPM and 95% accuracy.
- Familiarity with basic help desk software, computer applications, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills, both written and oral, to address inquiries with professionalism.
- Minimum internet service with download speeds of 50 mbps is required.
