WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time PST hours
PAY RATE: $65.00 -$75.00 per hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Stay current with OutSystems platform updates, features, and industry trends.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into solutions.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, adherence to standards, and long-term maintainability.
- Evaluate and mitigate technical debt; recommend remediation strategies.
- Apply OutSystems architecture best practices: multi-layered architecture, modularization, reusability, dependency management.
- Supervise and mentor a small team of developers, providing technical guidance and task allocation.
- Lead end-to-end development of large-scale applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade applications using OutSystems 11.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Preferred: OutSystems certifications, enterprise integrations, cloud deployments (AWS), CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and strong collaboration skills.
- Solid understanding of OutSystems Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
- Proficiency in SQL, REST/SOAP web services, and data modeling.
- Experience conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Ability to identify, evaluate, and address technical debt in applications.
- Strong expertise in OutSystems architecture principles: multi-layered architecture, modularization, dependency management.
- Experience leading and mentoring small teams of developers.
- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-level applications on OutSystems.
- 5+ years of hands-on OutSystems development experience, including 2+ years in OutSystems 11 (OS11).
