We are seeking temporary Bilingual Spanish Medicare/Medicaid Call Center Agent, working remotely from the comfort of your home. This is a potential opportunity for candidates interested in temporary assignments that could last two to eight weeks.
We are seeking experienced call center professionals with a minimum of six months of experience in call center operations and prior experience in a medical or healthcare-related environment is required. Candidates must be located within a 50-mile radius of Sacramento, California. Proficiency in Office 365, the ability to manage a high call volume, and strong multitasking skills are essential for success in this role. Fortuna will provide all necessary home office technology and paid training.
WORKSITE: Remote- must reside within a 50-mile radius of Roseville, CA
WORK HOURS: Monday-Friday
COMPENSATION: $18.00 per hour
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Work remotely, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Complete remote training program with no absences.
- Handle incoming calls and address customer or provider inquiries or escalate them to the appropriate channels.
- Process calls efficiently to meet or surpass performance metrics.
- Maintain meticulous call records, process requests, and ensure accurate documentation of account history.
- Collaborate with team members, management, and customers to resolve customer service issues effectively.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Minimum one (6) months of prior experience in inbound customer service, either in government or private sector settings.
- Medical experience
- Ability to speak and read Spanish fluently.
- Typing skill level of 30 WPM and 95% accuracy.
- Familiarity with basic help desk software, computer applications, and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong written and oral problem-solving skills to address inquiries with professionalism.
- Minimum internet service with download speeds of 50 Mbps is required.
- Minimum High School diploma or GED.
