We are seeking an experienced IBM FileNet/Datacap Developer to join our team and support the design, development, and implementation of intelligent document capture solutions. This role is ideal for a candidate with a passion for building robust systems using IBM Datacap and AWS Textract technologies. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday PST Hours
PAY RATE: Competitive compensation

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for document capture and data extraction.
Design IBM Datacap and AWS Textract solutions for classification, data extraction, and automation.
Develop and customize application flows using IBM Datacap Studio, Datacap Navigator, and related tools.
Configure document recognition and extraction rules leveraging intelligent capture features.
Integrate solutions with enterprise systems such as ECM, ERP, and line-of-business platforms.
Build custom scripts and plugins to enhance IBM Datacap capabilities.
Conduct unit, integration, and system testing to ensure solution reliability.
Partner with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end implementations.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Proven experience with IBM DataCap Studio and AWS Textract
Strong knowledge of IBM FileNet and content management systems
Familiarity with ERP system integrations
Agile delivery experience
Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
