We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our quality processes while maintaining compliance with security protocols. You will have experience in quality assurance, process management, and IT support, particularly within a contract environment. WORKSITE: Onsite-Rancho Cordova, CA
WORK SCHEDULE: Full-Time 40 hours
COMPENSATION: $24.00-$26.00 Per Hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Perform assigned quality assurance functions such as inspection, measurement, and control in line with established standards.
Collect, maintain, and analyze quality and performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Initiate and conduct corrective actions when necessary and track problem resolution using industry-standard quality methodologies (e.g., DMAIC, PDCA).
Generate and present quality performance reports, detailing trends, corrective action status, and results.
Ensure process controls are effective and recommend improvements for security compliance.
Train and coach employees in quality-related processes.
Manage user accounts and provide technical support.
Oversee hiring processes for new team members supporting the operating unit.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Self-motivation and a drive for continuous personal and professional growth.
Experience in quality assurance, process management, and improvement tools (Six Sigma certification preferred).
Familiarity with contract environments and related quality assurance requirements.
Strong technical skills, including quality assurance tools, software proficiency, and IT support experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication, teaching, and coaching skills.
Ability to work effectively with customers, managers, and employees at all levels.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills, ensuring adherence to deadlines and security protocols.
