Fortuna is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead and support a team of Quality Associates while ensuring strong quality management practices across business operations. This role partners closely with internal teams, clients, and auditors to maintain compliance with regulatory, contractual, and internal standards. The ideal candidate brings a balance of people leadership, audit coordination, and documentation discipline, with the ability to manage multiple compliance-driven initiatives simultaneously.

WORK SCHEDULE
Full-Time | 40 hours per week
PAY RATE
$80,000 - $90,000 Annually
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Manage and support the day-to-day activities of a team of Quality Associates
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support regulatory, client, and internal audit requirements
Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits in alignment with business objectives
Create, maintain, and manage project plans for compliance initiatives and client audits
Monitor and control audit-related projects to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule
Administer and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) documentation
Manage and organize documentation within SharePoint and related collaboration tools
Ensure team compliance with required training, documentation standards, and record-keeping practices
Prepare and deliver project, audit, and quality status reports as requested
Conduct project and process reviews to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
Coordinate evidence-gathering activities and documentation reviews to ensure audit readiness
Document quality findings, identify nonconformities, and recommend corrective and preventive actions
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Minimum of two (2) years of leadership experience in a corporate or professional services environment
Strong communication skills, including interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation abilities
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a compliance-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications
Prior Quality Assurance or Quality Management experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field
