We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the daily operations in our Mailroom and Scanning Department. This role is crucial to ensuring the efficient handling of all mail and documents, adhering to strict guidelines and performance metrics, and maintaining exceptional service standards for our clients.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Ensures that all documents are scanned and uploaded accurately and promptly
- Oversees and assists in the daily operations of mailroom and scanning
- Ensures staff handles all mail according to restricted regulations and guidelines
- Ensures that all inbound and outbound mail and packages are delivered according to client performance metrics
- Tracks and reports mail volumes; postage usage and petty cash
- Ensures that all vehicles are maintained in good condition. Schedules maintenance and repair services
- Submits bi-weekly timesheets for staff and ensures proper staffing and holiday coverage
- Works closely with clients to ensure that customers receive excellent service
- Works jointly with National Operations Manager to ensure that Headquarters is aware of all important issues
- Ensures that staff are working according to proper safety, security, and client protocols and obtains required training and certificates Ability to lift/carry up to 30 pounds without assistance
- Drive a mini-cargo van
- Covers duties for staff when required
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Proven supervisory experience
- Superior customer service and client management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excel, Word; Outlook, and Adobe
- Metric and Performance Reporting
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States
- Must be able to pass thorough background screenings
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Day Shift
- $19 to $25 per hour based on experience
