We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Supervisor to join our team in support of PRIDE Industries. Under minimal supervision, the Construction Project Supervisor will coordinate and manage all on-site activities. You will collaborate with project teams, including Project Managers, Engineers, Foremen, Field Personnel, and office departments, to deliver high-quality construction projects on time and within budget.
WORKSITE: El Dorado County -Varies by project assignment
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday, standard business hours; flexibility required for site-specific needs
COMPENSATION: $40.00 -$50.00 pe hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Ensure all required materials, equipment, and inspections are completed to support the project schedule.
Oversee site safety; maintain a safe environment for workers and visitors while enforcing compliance with safety policies.
Collaborate with project teams to budget, forecast, and manage field personnel, labor, equipment, and materials.
Prepare work plans and develop temporary facilities for the project.
Interpret and manage project plans, specifications, and manufacturer data.
Review construction documents for completeness and constructability.
Manage overall project timelines and 3-week look-ahead schedules; create and update master schedules.
Generate RFIs (Requests for Information) to clarify project documentation discrepancies.
Review submittals for compliance with specifications, codes, and manufacturer recommendations.
Support quality control programs in coordination with the project team.
Conduct preconstruction planning and on-site meetings with subcontractors and trade leads.
Supervise subcontractors performing on-site work.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Education & Certifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in construction supervision or project management preferred.
Experience:
Proven experience in construction site supervision, preferably in commercial or industrial construction settings.
Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong understanding of construction plans, scheduling, and quality standards.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of construction safety protocols and OSHA standards.
Proficiency in managing project documentation and RFIs.
Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and ensure project milestones are met.
