Description

We are seeking a Bilingual French Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will assist customers with inquiries related to accounts payable, providing exceptional service through phone calls, chats, and emails. You will be highly customer-oriented, adaptable to changes in policies and procedures, and capable of working independently or as part of a diverse team.

WORK SITE: Training will be on-site then will transition to remote.

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM EST

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Handle customer inquiries about accounts payable and billing issues via phone, chat, and email.
  • Provide high-quality service by effectively understanding and addressing customer needs.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and a friendly attitude while resolving customer issues.
  • Adapt to ongoing policy and procedure updates within the team.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must be fluent in French verbal and written.
  • Minimum of 6 months of call center experience.
  • Strong computer and phone skills; proficiency in web-based applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage customer interactions with confidence and provide resolutions effectively.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP systems.
