The Associate Business Analyst is vital for leveraging technology to address some of healthcare's most pressing challenges. This is an opportunity to collaborate with a passionate team dedicated to improving the health and well-being of the communities they serve, particularly the most vulnerable members. You will work closely with stakeholders to streamline processes, improve outcomes, and deliver innovative solutions.

WORK SCHEDULE: Business hours, Monday - Friday
PAY RATE: $27/hour
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Project Coordination
Assist in coordinating deliverables for small to medium-sized projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, deadlines, and deliverables.
Support the alignment of project objectives with business needs.
Process Planning and Improvement
Design and plan standard business processes following established methodologies.
Assist in formulating recommendations to enhance and support business activities.
Requirements Analysis
Analyze systems requirements documentation to address client needs effectively.
Participate in technical reviews and inspections to ensure that intended changes are accurately implemented throughout project phases.
Monitoring and Reporting
Track the progress of project requirements and generate updates for management, boards, committees, and business function managers.
Provide timely reports to support the achievement of intended business results.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Demonstrated experience interfacing between information technology and functional groups within an organization.
Familiarity with business process and information modeling tools and techniques.
Hands-on experience with Excel, databases, and SQL.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both in a team environment and independently.
