We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to ensure the seamless operation of our Mailroom and Scanning Department. This role is pivotal in maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all document scanning and mail-handling activities, delivering exceptional service to our clients. While supervisory experience is preferred, it is not required for candidates with strong expertise in document scanning and mailroom operations.

WORK SCHEDULE: Day Shift
PAY RATE: $22 to $27, based on experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Ensure that all documents are scanned, processed, and uploaded accurately and on time, meeting strict quality and performance standards.
Manage and optimize daily operations within the mailroom and scanning workflows, prioritizing scanning accuracy and efficiency.
Oversee and support the handling of mail according to strict regulations and guidelines, with a focus on maintaining compliance.
Monitor inbound and outbound mail processes to ensure delivery aligns with client performance metrics.
Track and report mail volumes, scanning production metrics, and ensure accurate postage usage and petty cash reporting.
Ensure all scanning equipment and related tools are well-maintained and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with clients to understand and meet their document management needs, ensuring excellent service.
Prepare and submit detailed performance reports on scanning and mailroom activities.
Adhere to and enforce safety, security, and client protocols, obtaining required training and certifications as necessary.
Perform staff duties as needed, including scanning, mail sorting, or driving a mini-cargo van to deliver documents.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Proven expertise in document scanning operations and mailroom workflows.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high accuracy in scanning processes.
Familiarity with scanning hardware and software systems, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
Superior organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe and experience with metric and performance reporting.
Supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and able to pass thorough background screenings.
Ability to lift/carry up to 30 pounds without assistance.
